SIDN Fund: new call and new batch of projects underway!

SIDN Fund has started the new year by presenting the latest batch of supported projects and announcing the first application window of 2019!

New projects getting underway with the Fund's support cover everything from on-line privacy in school, transparent food chains and a social network for new arrivals, to a cookie database, a personal data safe and moral guidelines for AI in the financial services industry. The Fund is also supporting academic research into communication between children and online agents/robots. For full details, visit the SIDN Fund website (NL)!

Inspired by what you've heard? Got a project idea of your own? This year's first grant application window opens on 28 January. Proposals are invited for both Pioneer Projects and Rich-potential Projects that support the Fund's goals and meet its criteria. Ideas for projects linked to last year's theme of Responsible AI are still welcome. The deadline for proposals is 1pm (Dutch time) on 12 March. More info: (NL)
