Accessibility Statement

Problem-free, opportunity-rich digital living for everyone is our mission. We also translate that mission into our own website. We believe it is important that everyone, with or without functional limitations, can make good use of our online information and services. We therefore strive to ensure that our website complies with the European accessibility requirements (WCAG.2.1 AA) as soon as possible.

Approach

  • Our website has been tested for accessibility by independent experts. We have resolved the bottlenecks found as much as possible. For the remaining issues, we have a roadmap so that we solve them by June 2025, as far as possible.

  • Our content managers and web developers received training in accessibility and continue to monitor new developments.

  • We check for accessibility when new publications or services are delivered.

Improvements

pdfs

The web guidelines place high demands on pdfs. For important (mostly legal) information, we replaced PDFs with web texts. You will still find publications and forms in pdf form. Step by step, where possible, we replace pdfs with accessible files or pages. Or we offer an alternative.

Forms

Some digital forms are not yet 100% compliant with accessibility requirements. Here we have a dependency on suppliers with whom we are in talks to make improvements.

So there's still work in progress!
