As SIDN’s receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and staff. Someone they can count on for a warm welcome and professional support with a range of administrative tasks. You'll be responsible for:
Receiving visitors with a smile and guiding them to the relevant department
Answering phone calls and connecting callers to the relevant staff members
Managing conference rooms and making appointments
Administrative tasks such as sorting post and maintaining the visitor log
Supporting security activities
Diary management
Handling orders and deliveries
