On 13 and 14 November, we'll be at the Chamber of Commerce’s Enterprise Days in the Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, alongside a number of .nl registrars. Knowledge and inspiration
In addition to all the stands in the exhibition hall, the Chamber of Commerce’s Enterprise Days feature a solid information and inspiration programme for people in business. Over the 2 days, visitors can hear other entrepreneurs’ stories and attend interactive sessions and workshops on topical subjects such as growth, innovation, marketing and finance. There’s also lots of opportunity for mingling, exchanging experiences and making new contacts.
Joint presentation: ‘What’s your business called?’
We’re teaming up with the Chamber of Commerce and the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) to deliver 4 editions of a Dutch-language presentation entitled ‘What’s your business called? The power of a good name’. During the presentation, we’ll explain how to choose a business name that works, and why you should act quickly to register your choice as a trading name, domain name and brand. We’ll also look at how a good name boosts a business’s profile and value.

In the exhibition hall, experts from SIDN and several .nl registrars will be present to give personal advice. SIDN’s representatives can help with questions about choosing the right domain name, domain name disputes, online trust and how to spot and prevent phishing.
.nl registrars also represented
Because there’s more to your online presence than your domain name, several .nl registrars will again have representatives at the Enterprise Days. This year, Yourhosting, Hosting2GO and Mijndomein will be providing expert advice on web and mail hosting, web design, business e-mail, search engine optimisation (SEO) and cybersecurity.
Personalised word art
Word artist Sjaak Kroes will be there again too, ready to create unique artwork on the spot, based on your business’s name. Sjaak’s art helps businesses see their names and brands in a new light and gain the inspiration to write their own enterprise stories.
