If you find a vulnerability let us knowWe work every day to help build a secure digital community. And security has to begin at home: we take the protection of our technical infrastructure very seriously. If you nevertheless come across something that you regard as a vulnerability, please let us know, so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. We now operate a Responsible Disclosure Code that explains what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.

Providing that the Responsible Disclosure Code is followed, we will not take legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in one of our systems. So, together, we can make the internet secure.

For more information about our Responsible Disclosure Code, see the page of this site headed ‘Reporting a security breach’.
