Our General Terms and Conditions for Registrars will soon be changing. The new T&Cs come into force on 13 October 2021. Full details and a download link to the new T&Cs are given below.
The upcoming change involves Article 16, about membership of the Registrars' Association (RA). Until now, new registrars have been automatically enrolled as members of the RA. We periodically provide the RA with a full list of registrars, collect the membership fees and pass them on to the RA. That process will be changing. The RA will be contacting you shortly to explain the new arrangements.
The change reflects the RA's desire to be more operationally independent from SIDN, in order to represent the interests of its members more effectively. The RA also aims to develop into a fully fledged trade association. For details, visit the RA website.
