I do administration for all SIDN's contracts and I make sure that everyone in the organisation knows who our suppliers are and how they are performing

What you'll be doing

You'll maintain structured, complete and accurate administrative records regarding our contracts and everything connected with them. The main part of your work will involve independently carrying out various administrative and coordinating activities in the field of contract and supplier management. The work will cover contracts with both clients and suppliers. You'll also be helping the Contract Manager to further professionalise and consolidate our contract management processes. Your professionalism and customer focus will be reflected in the way that you:

  • Process, administer, review and monitor contract provisions and contract documentation flows within the designated digital systems

  • Monitor follow-up of contract flag dates

  • Act as the first point of contact for colleagues at SIDN who have questions regarding contract provisions and associated procedures

  • Report on the relationship between our contractual rights and our actual use of software, licensed services, etc and flag up any discrepancies

  • Support supplier audits and internal audits

  • Arrange for contracts to undergo financial, legal and security reviews

  • Maintain contract management work instructions

What we want

At the SIDN Group, you'll be working for a reliable, innovative employer. We want a Contract Administration Officer who's an administrative multitasker, and also takes a keen interest in the substantive side of contract and supplier management, including the legal and security aspects. Someone capable of handling administrative processes independently and contributing to their continuous improvement. We need you to be dependable, with a clear understanding of administrative principles and the ability to create structure. It's also important that you're versatile, adaptable and able to switch smoothly from one discipline to another. In other words, a true multitasker! You'll also have:

  • Demonstrable ability to work and reason at supplemented secondary vocational level

  • At least three years' relevant work experience

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SharePoint

  • The ability to analyse information well

  • Good written and oral communication skills

What you can expect

Contract and Supplier Management is part of SIDN Operations. You'll work alongside the Contract Manager and, in addition to contact with your immediate colleagues, you'll often interact with people in other SIDN departments who are involved with contracts and maintain contact with our suppliers. You'll be based at our modern and colourful office complex in Arnhem. By car, it's easy to reach our offices from the A12 motorway. Coming by public transport? We're just fifteen minutes by bike from Arnhem station.

Pay and other benefits

We're not secretive about things like pay and holidays. Why would we be? After all, SIDN offers really good packages. So we're happy to put our cards on the table. We're confident that the pay and extras you'll get as our Contract Administration Officer will put a smile on your face. Take a look for yourself:

  • Gross monthly salary of up to €3.500

  • Full reimbursement of travel expenses if you come to work by public transport

  • Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometre if you come in by car

  • Travel allowance of €0.29 per kilometre for business travel

  • 25 days' holiday, if you work full time

  • A holiday allowance of 8%, plus a year-end payment of 4%

  • A bonus of up to 4%, depending on operating results

  • An attractive pension with ABP, with an 80% contribution from SIDN

  • Education and training opportunities tailored to your wishes

  • €35 a month for your home broadband and €25 a month (gross) towards your health insurance

Everything above is for a forty-hour week.

The selection procedure does involve a Certificate of Good Behaviour (similar to a criminal record check) and reference checks.
