SIDN now also supports cryptographic DNSSEC algorithms 13 and 14

1 April 2016 Since March 2016, SIDN has supported cryptographic DNSSEC algorithm number 13 (ECDSA Curve P-256 with SHA-256) and algorithm number 14 (ECDSA Curve P-384 with SHA-384). Via the DRS interface, registrars can therefore upload DNSKEY records for their .nl domains formatted using the two 'new' algorithms. They can also offer the option via their dashboards to customers who handle their own DNS administration. That is possible with TransIP, for example. Smaller web developers such as Middag and KO3.net have taken the opportunity to enable DNSSEC for customers whose .nl domains they manage.
