It has come to our attention that a company is posing as SIDN and/or as Domein Registratie Nederland. We wish to emphasise that the activities of the company in question have nothing to do with SIDN.

Acquisitie fraudeThe company is approaching the registrants of .nl domain names and offering to sell them the corresponding names under other extensions (e.g. .com). The offers make reference to a website that is similar to a domain name registered to SIDN. We wish to emphasise that the activities of the company in question have nothing to do with SIDN. SIDN is the registry of .nl. We never sell .nl domain names direct to registrants, but always operate through our registrars. Use this link to view a list of our registrars.
